Anything else you would like others to know about your experience with this company? Pattern services department is great; tech editors are wonderful to work with; management is not flexible; editor is pleasant; payment sometimes slow; wish management would allow designers to retain some rights. i think it would benefit ALL. Nice to not have to worry about purchasing yarn or taking photographs.
